Day 1: Arrival In Johannesburg
Arrive at OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg, where you’ll be welcomed and transferred to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you can take a short orientation tour of the city.
Day 2: Fly to Kruger National Park
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for a short flight to the Kruger area, home to one of Africa’s most iconic game reserves. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to a private lodge or camp on the edge of or within Kruger National Park. Enjoy lunch and relax before your first afternoon game drive, led by an expert ranger and tracker. Keep your eyes open for sightings of lions, elephants, rhinos, and more as the African sun sets.
Day 3: Morning & Afternoon Game Drives
Wake up early for a sunrise game drive, one of the best times to spot predators before they retreat from the heat. Return to the lodge for breakfast and some downtime – take a dip in the pool or enjoy views from the deck. In the late afternoon, head back into the bush for another exciting sunset safari, where you might encounter giraffes, herds of buffalo, or even elusive leopards. Your evening ends with dinner around the campfire under the stars.
Day 4: Morning & Afternoon Game Drives
Day 5: Travel to Cape Town
Enjoy one last early breakfast in the bush before flying to Cape Town, the jewel of South Africa’s southern coast. After check-in at your hotel, spend the evening unwinding at the V&A Waterfront, known for its dining, shopping, and harbour views. You might even catch a live performance or enjoy a sunset cocktail by the sea.
Day 6: Cape Point & Boulders Beach
Today you’ll explore the stunning Cape Peninsula on a full-day scenic tour. Drive along Chapman’s Peak, one of the world’s most spectacular coastal roads. Stop at Hout Bay for an optional boat trip to Seal Island. Continue to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, where you can hike or take the funicular to the lighthouse at Cape Point. Afterward, visit Boulders Beach, where a charming colony of African penguins waddles along the sand. Return to Cape Town via Simon’s Town and Muizenberg, passing picturesque seaside towns.
Day 7: Table Mountain & Cape Town City Exploration
Weather permitting, take the rotating cable car up Table Mountain this morning for breathtaking views of the city, ocean, and mountains. After descending, explore the city’s historical and cultural highlights, including the Bo-Kaap neighbourhood with its colourful houses, the Company’s Garden, Greenmarket Square, and the Castle of Good Hope. In the afternoon, visit District Six Museum to learn about the forced removals during apartheid. Wrap up your day with dinner at one of Cape Town’s award-winning restaurants.

Day 9: Departure from Cape Town
