Day 1: Arrival In Jakarta
Welcome to Jakarta, metropolitan city and capital of Indonesia. Arriving at the ”heart” of the Indonesian Republic, you will have to pass immigration, collect your bags and meet the staff of the FM7 Hotel itself in charge of taking you to the Hotel. This Hotel is located just 15 minutes from the airport, avoiding entering the noisy city. The FM7 is a charming hotel where you will rest after the international flight. Arrival at the Hotel and check in process. Confirm with your hotel again the time when they should transfer you back to the airport the next day. Good evening and rest.
Day 2: Jakarta City Tour
You will be picked up at the hotel or airport and start this Jakarta city tour right away!
City landmarks…
The first place that you will visit is the National Museum of Indonesia. The locals also recognize it as Elephant Museum because there’s an elephant sculpture made of bronze medal at the front park of the museum. The sculpture was a present from King Chulalongkorn (Rama V) of Thailand who visited the museum in 1871. Next, you will visit National Monument. In Indonesian, it is Monument Nasional and the people usually call it in short “Monas”. Monas is a monument built to commemorate the struggle of Indonesian heroes fighting the colonial domination. The ideas to build Monas came from the first president of Indonesia, Ir. Soekarno, with the help of Sudarsono and F. Silaban as the architect, and Ir. Rooseno as the consultant. The monument takes up an area with a width of 80 hectares. President Soekarno officially began the construction of Monas on 17th August 1961, and publicly open on 12th July 1971. Also, you will visit
Grand Mosque Istiqlal and the Grand Cathedral.
Old times Jakarta…
After that, you will continue to visit Fatahillah Square in the historical centre known as Old Batavia or Kota Tua (Old Town) which will bring back memories of old times. In Fatahillah Square, there is Jakarta History Museum. It provides information about Jakarta since prehistoric age to current age in a creative way, through the collections of the museum. Next up is the old but gold, Sunda Kelapa Harbor. It has been well known since the 12th century, but the existence estimated to be since the 5th century. Along Sunda Kelapa Harbor, you could see Phinisi ships in a line, which have unique shape and the body painted in some different colours. Phinisi ships were coming from many regions of Indonesia, carrying logs, rattan, copra and other agricultural products to Jakarta. When Phinisi goes back from Jakarta, it carries construction materials like steel and cement. You could see the hectic of loading and unloading activities that is still conducted traditionally at Sunda Kelapa. Lastly you will spend some time in Chinatown of Jakarta. At the end of the tour, you will be transferred back to hotel/airport.
Day 3: Departure Jakarta – Arrive Yogyokarta
At indicated time, take a flight to Yogyakarta. Welcome to the cradle of Indonesian culture, Yogyakarta! A tourist destination known for its ancient palaces, temples and batik workshops. This is the starting point of our Yogyakarta & Jomblang tour. Arrival at the airport, meeting service with our guide and transfer to your hotel. Arrival at the hotel, check in and rest of the day at your leisure. The journey from the airport should be around 2-2,5 hours.
Day 4: Borobudur Temple – Village Tour
We will start your route with the Borobudur Temple (Candi Borobudur), the great
Stupa, the largest Buddhist monument in the world and one of the seven wonders. We will tour around the temple, observe the hundreds and centenary statues of Buddha and witness how dozens of Buddhists come to preach from all over the world. Historically it was established during the relatively brief Sailendra dynasty of Central Java between 778 and 856 BC and is in constant restoration due to the breaks that the tremors of the neighbouring Merapi volcano have been producing during its history.
After visiting one of the most important Buddhist temples in Southeast Asia, and in a horse carriage (Andong) we will visit the villages that surround this temple. These
are authentic Javanese villages where culture and tradition are the protagonists. As you spend your days in this country and go around the different islands, you will realize how different Indonesians are among them in terms of clothing, food, architecture and even language. Today we will learn about and share these Javanese places. When we finish our route today, back to your hotel for overnight.
Day 5: Prambanan Temple – City Tour
After breakfast and at the agreed time, your guide will pick you up at the hotel and
together you will head towards the heart of the city. You will visit the Keraton, or also known as the Sultan’s Palace. The palace is a complex building two centuries old. Next, you will hear the song of the “freedom” of the birds in the bird market, you will visit the “Water Castle” that occupies the highest part at the northern end of the vast complex of Taman Sari. Then, stroll around Malioboro Street, one of the main streets of Yogyakarta, with its merchants, horse carriages, taxi-bikes and markets. An incredible experience that will make the hours fly by.
Finishing the tour in the centre of the city of Yogyakarta, we will go northeast towards Candi Prambanan, the Hindu temple that has been classified as a World Heritage Site by Unesco since 1991. This temple was completed around the year 856 to commemorate the victory of the Sanjaya descendant of Siva, Rikai Pikatan, over the last ruler of Central Java, Sailendra. Take your time to enjoy each carving on the rocks and feel the spirituality emanating from each of the stones placed in this set of more than 200 Hindu temples that are dedicated to the Trimurti, the expression of God as the Creator, the Preserver, and the Destroyer. After this day that you will never forget, we will take you to your hotel.
Day 6: Yogyokarta – Mojokerto (by train) – Bromo (by car)
Ready with your suitcases, the time has come to say a farewell to this dream city. You will enjoy your breakfast at the hotel, and at the indicated time, with your guide, you will travel to Mojokerta by train. Then by private car you will go to your hotel located on the slopes of the Bromo volcano. In total it will be about 8 hours of travel. Check-in at the hotel and deserved rest.
Day 7: Bromo Sunrise Tour – Bromo
Very early, your guide and a jeep driver will be waiting for you at the hotel to attend one of the most spectacular sunrises in Indonesia. Even though you have to get up early, it will be worth it. You will climb to a high point first in full darkness and, little by little the first rays of sun are giving way to a huge and indescribable caldera that makes up the entire view of the Bromo and Semeru Natural Park. With Bromo, a volcano of great fumaroles and behind it, the Semeru Volcano with explosions every 20 minutes exactly, will make you have one of the most rewarding experiences ever.
After enjoying the sunset, by jeep, we will go to the slopes of the volcano where you can go to the Bromo volcano and after climbing some stairs you can reach the very edge of its crater and see the impressive activity it has. We return to the hotel to cool off and enjoy your breakfast. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 8: Bromo – Drive To Ijen Crater
At the agreed time, we will leave for our next destination, the Ijen volcano. This section lasts about 7-8 hours by car where we will make a stop to eat. Take this trip to rest. Arriving in Ijen, we will leave you at your hotel, check in and enjoy your deserved rest.
Day 9: Ijen Trekking – Ijen Crater
The day has finally come to visit one of the most attractive volcanoes in Indonesia! One of the last open pit sulphur mines that survive on the planet. Once we pick you up at your hotel, you will head towards the village of Licin to reach the slope of the
volcano to begin the steep climb to the crater of the volcano. During this trek, your
guide will give you double filter masks to protect you from the natural chemicals of
sulphur. At an altitude of 2883 meters and when dawn begins, an incredible contrast of colours will open before your eyes.
A yellow earth scene and a large turquoise blue lake inside the crater that contrast with a suspended white cloud that is continuously expelling the volcano. In turn, among so much beauty you will see the local miners do what is said to be one of the toughest jobs in the world. These miners go down to the crater of the volcano to load 80 to 100 kilos of sulphur on their shoulders and then sell it. After this amazing experience on the edge of Ijen volcano crater, we begin the descent with an incredible panoramic view of the mountains that make up the national park.
Back to the hotel for breakfast and overnight.
Day 10: Selmat Datang Di Indonesia – Ubud

Welcome to the largest archipelago in the world. After arriving at Ngurah Rai
International Airport, you will go directly to the hotel to prepare for your trip, which will start the next day. The driver will wait for you at the exit gate of your terminal arrival, bring a name board with your name stated on it, and escort you to the hotel.
Day 11: Campuhan Ridge Walk – Monkey Forest – Goa Gajah – Tegalalang
At the agreed time, we will meet at your hotel and we will begin to mark your footprints in this ”home” of the Gods. Today, we are taking you to Campuhan Ridge Walk. This site offers around 2 km distance walk for you to enjoy with its panoramic
landscape and tropical foliage. A walking path is built for you to take a morning
or late afternoon hike in the middle of its rolling hills. There are no trees on either
side of the path, only a handful of coconut trees. Many tourists try to capture their best picture right at the golden spot! Located at the heart of Ubud, this Campuhan Ridge Walk is you must go spot to see greenery. Next, we go to Monkey Forest; the Ubud Monkey Forest is a nature reserve and temple complex in Ubud, Bali. It houses approximately 340 Crab-eating Macaque (Macacafascicularis) monkeys. The Monkey Forest contains the Pura Dalem Agung Padangtegal temple as well as a “Holy Spring” bathing temple and another temple used for cremation ceremonies.
Our next destination is Gua Gajah (Elephant Cave). This cave is built at crevasse edge from the federation of 2 rills that is called Pangkung River, where the irrigation is mixed with Petanu River flow. The word of Gua Gajah is anticipated coming from the word of Lwa Gajah, the name of Buddhist Temple or hermitage for Buddhist monk. There is a relief which is almost looking like the form of mountain on the entrance of this cave. It was carved many designed on the relief like grove with the stick, close leaf, animal for example forest pig, tortoise and specters. The cave mouth is decorated by the bas-relief with the eye turn around to the right or west side. At the end of tour, we will visit Tegallalang Rice Fields. Also known as Tegallalang Rice Terrace, it is a series of beautifully arranged paddies which follows the traditional Balinese irrigation system called “subak.” The system is said to have been passed down by a sage named Rsi Markandeya in the 8th century. Back to the hotel for overnight.
Day 12: Batur Sunrise Trekking Tour + Hot Spring (Shared Trip with Private Transfer)
Enjoy trek or climb Mount Batur and see the sunrise from the top of Batur Volcano. The Batur Volcano is one of the sacred mountains according to Hindu believe. We will get in ahead of schedule morning around 02.00 am depend the area of you stay, and afterward we specifically going to Mount Batur starting point. Starting in the dark under starlight sky, you will be guided to ascend the slope of Mount Batur. You will approach the peak of Mount Batur (1717 meters) at about 06.00 am.
While waiting for the sunrise you will have a simple breakfast and hot coffee or tea served by your guide in Mount Batur. Witness the breathtaking sunrise overlooking the majestic view of Lake Batur and Mount Rinjani. After witnessing the sunrise, we will bring you to relaxing at the Batur Natural hot spring. We back to the hotel for overnight.
Day 13: Free Day In Ubud
Today, you will quietly enjoy your breakfast at the hotel and the rest of the day will be for you. You can take advantage of the day for what you want, you can hire a massage, enjoy a spa, walk and go shopping or simply relax and enjoy the hotel facilities. We are in Ubud, here you can stroll through the local market, visit the hundreds of craft design workshops, sculptures, paintings in the shops that are on each side of the street.
It is a perfect day to learn more about the daily activities of the locals, find a coffee overlooking the jungle or cross paths with a naughty monkey on Monkey Forest Street. At night there are performances of Balinese Dances, you can contact the hotel reception and request information to attend any of them. Day 14: Ubud – Munduk
Enjoy a relaxing pickup from your location and begin the journey from Ubud to Bedegul. Upon arrival, leave your luggage and head to explore Ulun Danu Beratan Temple. When visiting Ulun Danu Beratan Temple in Bali, you can admire its serene lake setting, explore the temple grounds, take scenic boat rides, and learn about its cultural importance as a water temple dedicated to Dewi Danu.
Day 15: Bali Twin Lake Jungle Trekking & Canoeing
We will explore the nature wonders of North Bali known as Wanagiri Hill, Buyan and Tamblingan Lake with jungles surrounding it, riding canoe with locals then visit Ulan Danu Tamblingan temple on the Lake. This activity is perfect to get away from
mainstream tourism spots. It’s probably one of the most beautiful place in Bali, and very rural compared to most tourist sites in the North that are not so easy reached without local. Ended the tour by visiting most scenic waterfall where you can experience the island’s natural beauty and enjoy a refreshing swim in a stunning natural setting. The waterfall’s secluded location and serene atmosphere make it a popular spot for travellers seeking a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of Bali’s more crowded tourist destinations.
Day 16: Bedegul – Bali Village Life – Tanah Lot Temple – Seminyak / Kuta
Check out the hotel. At 08.00 a.m we pick you up at your hotel and start our trip to
Tajen Village in Tabanan regency. Upon arrival you will be welcomed with open arms with warm smiles from the locals you meet on the way. You will gather in the outer courtyard of the village temple and meet your local guides. The guide will tell you about story of Tajen village and one of the oldest Banyan trees in Bali. From there you will proceed along the irrigation waterways into the rice fields temple “Temuku Aya Temple” while your guides explain and answer questions. The Temple was built by the founder of Tajen. Temuku Aya Temple, located where the waters divided, you will have explanation about the process ancient irrigation system. Throughout the walk you will meet people from the village involved in tasks that occupy them day in and day out. You can choose to observe or actually participate to get an even better understanding of village life. The powerful water buffalo is still used to pull the plow through the muddy paddies to prepare the earth for planting. Maybe you would like to ride on one of these patients’ creatures.
Or perhaps you wish to help with the planting or harvesting, depending upon the time of year. When you complete the paddy tour, you will follow your guide on a path through lush gardens where villagers are engaged in everyday tasks. There are women pounding rice with heavy mallets to remove the hulls. Another group is making offerings, and one-woman bakes lak-lak, the delicious Balinese sweet cakes drizzled with palm sugar syrup. You will also learn about the exotic herbs and spices used in ceremonial and everyday Balinese dishes and are encouraged to actively help prepare the Food that will then be enjoyed. After lunch we leave Tajen Village and continue our trip to visit Tanah Lot Temple. Tanah Lot is built on a rock formation and has been part of Balinese mythology for centuries. It owns a magnificent view in particular at the sunset time where the sun slows down to the earth stomach. Every visitor who is paying a visit to this place will be marvelled to see the beauty panorama of Tanah Lot. After that we returned back to hotel. Then transfer you to the hotel in Seminyak/Kuta. Check in overnight.
Day 17: Uluwatu Temple & Kecak Dance
This half-day tour, is an exciting tour package to visit Padang-Padang Beach, Uluwatu Temple, the famous Balinese Hindu Temple in south part of Bali with breathtaking view of sunset and Indian Ocean. Uluwatu Temple is one of Balinese Hindu Temples located right on the petrifying hill with the crevasse exist in the right and left side. Uluwatu Temple is one of Sad Khayangan (6 biggest temple in Bali) owns magnificent view of the Indian Ocean and sunset as a backdrop. This temple is very amazing where the location is right on the narrow peninsula with deep seawater under it.
This tour package is combined with the spectacular Balinese traditional dance performance of Kecak Dance. Balinese Kecak Dance is a spectacular traditional dance with the group of people playing this dance with fire game. It is very exciting and unique dance due to the sound of gamelan is not using the normal gamelan but use their mouth. The dancers make the compact choir with the exquisite dance movement that is one of this dance features. After the dance we returned back to the hotel or seafood restaurant in Jimbaran (optional – own account).
Day 18: Free Day In Kuta / Seminyak
Free day at leisure to enjoy resort facilities or relax on the beach.
Day 19: Kuta / Seminyak – Departure Bali – End of Service
Today is the last day of your trip in Indonesia. After having breakfast at the hotel,
depending on the time of your flight, we will pick you up to take you to Denpasar airport to take the plane that will take you back home. Check-in and boarding procedures for departure.
