Day 1: Arrival In Nairobi
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta Airport, you will be met by your personal driver guide and drive you to your accommodation in Nairobi for dinner and an overnight stay waiting for your adventures to start on the following day. Overnight in Boma Inn (Half board)
Day 2: Nairobi to Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, drive to Lake Naivasha to explore the Lake with its interesting activities. Lake Naivasha derives its name from the Maasai word for ‘rough water’ due to the sudden storms that are known to arise in the area. Easily accessible from Nairobi, the lake is a refreshing day trip or weekend break from Kenya’s busy capital. Lake Naivasha is famous for its high populations of hippos and flamingos. There are over 1,500 hippos in the area, and you are almost guaranteed to see one. The lake is a birder’s paradise as it is home to over 400 bird species.
Lesser and greater flamingos flock to the lake, forming a wash of bright pink across the lake’s surface. Giraffes, zebras, impalas, and waterbucks can be sighted in the
immediate vicinity of Lake Naivasha, around Crescent Island, Crater Lake Game Sanctuary, and Longonot National Park. Explore the Lake Naivasha and enjoy the view with interesting activities found around Lake Naivasha. You will have your dinner and Overnight stay at Fish Eagle Inn.
Days 3 & 4: Maasai Mara Reserve
After breakfast, drive to Maasai Mara for game viewing drive with picnic lunches. Masai Mara is one of Africa’s greatest wildlife reserves. Acacia dotted plains, tree-lined rivers and woodlands are abundant with wildlife and an array of birdlife. Game viewing is spectacular year-round; you may see a pride of lions stalking their
prey, observe a herd of elephant and their fascinating social structure, or see pods of hippo wallowing in the rivers. The Mara also plays host to one of the natural wonders of nature – The Great Wildebeest Migration.
An estimated two million animals migrate in a year-round pattern through Tanzania
and Kenya, following the rain. From around late July/August to around October each year, large herds of wildebeest and zebra begin making dramatic river crossings and the grasslands of the Mara are covered by a mass of moving wildebeest as far as the eye can see. After your game drive your drive will drive you to Fisi Camp for your dinner and Overnight stay. Spend two days game viewing in this wildlife haven.
Day 5: Serengeti National Park
Upon arrival at Isebania boarder you will be met by your personal driver guide and drive to Serengeti National Park. You want to experience the most memorable moments worth the tale to tell and the adventure to explore with the most fascinating memories. You will explore the vast Serengeti with its endless plains looking for the big cats. The Serengeti hosts the largest mammal migration in the world and is a popular destination for popular African safaris.
It is the migration for which Serengeti is perhaps most famous. Over a million
wildebeest and about 200,000 zebras flow south from the northern hills to the southern plains for the short rains. After lunch and further game drive, you will drive to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay. Overnight stay at Serengeti Heritage Camp (Full board basis)
Days 6 & 7: Serengeti National Park
Early morning after breakfast, you will continue exploring the vast Serengeti with its endless plains looking for the big cats. The Serengeti hosts the largest mammal migration in the world and is a popular destination for popular African safaris. It is the migration for which Serengeti is perhaps most famous. Over a million wildebeest and about 200,000 zebras flow south from the northern hills to the southern plains. Dinner and an overnight stay at Serengeti Heritage Camp.
Day 8: Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for game viewing. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the Largest Unbroken Calderas on the Planet with over 25,000 Wild Creatures in the Caldera More Prides Per Capita than Anywhere on Earth. The Ngorongoro Crater is a breathtakingly beautiful setting and the best place in East Africa to see the Big Five, Lions, Leopard, Black Rhino, Elephants, and Buffalo.
It is one of the world’s most astonishing and among the 8th wonders of the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The black rhino can easily be sighted in the crater. Think of another place in the world where you can see such a unique setting with diverse scenery, prolific wildlife and birdlife, and an ecosystem like no other. You will ascend the crater and drive to Ngorongoro Farm House Lodge for your dinner and Overnight stay.
Day 9: Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire, Tanzania’s third largest national park and sanctuary for an unusually large elephant population. Majestic baobab trees are an interesting feature of the park, dwarfing the animals that feed beneath them. Animals concentrate along the Tarangire River, which provides the only permanent water supply in the area. There is a great diversity of wildlife including lion, leopard,
cheetah and up to six thousand elephants. Enjoy game drive with picnic lunches. Dinner and overnight at Maramboi Tented Lodge. Full board basis + mineral water, soft drinks & house wines.
Day 10: Tarangire – Departure
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire, Tanzania’s third largest national park and sanctuary for an unusually large elephant population. Majestic baobab trees are an interesting feature of the park, dwarfing the animals that feed beneath them. Animals concentrate along the Tarangire River, which provides the only permanent water supply in the area.
There is a great diversity of wildlife including lion, leopard, cheetah and up to six thousand elephants. Enjoy game drive with picnic lunches. Later in the afternoon start your journey heading to international airport for you departure flight back home. End Of Bushland Service
